Hello parents! Please complete this registration form for your child to participate then click on the Submit Registration button. You will be redirected to the secured PayPal site to submit payment. Please have your credit card, or checking account information available. The total fee for your child to participate is $290. The complete registration deadline is December 14th 2018. You will see a charge in this amount on your account when payment is submitted. If you want to hold your child's roster spot a $100 deposit must be submitted. 25 man per roster only!
