Hello parents! Please complete this registration form for your child to participate then click on the Submit Registration button below. You will then be redirected to the secured PayPal site to submit your payment. Please have your card, or checking account information available. The early registration "DISCOUNT" full payment deadline is August 1st 2019. The "DISCOUNT" fee is $250 per athlete. After August 1st, the total fee will go back to $290 per athlete. The complete registration deadline is November 20th 2019. All payments must be finalized by 11/20/19. You will see a charge in this amount on your account after payment is submitted. If you want to hold your child's roster spot a $100 deposit must be submitted. 25 man per roster only! There are NO refunds after 30 days. An "Award Ceremony" will be immediately after each football game. Specialty awards will be given, based on athletes performance during the game.
